As we provide specialised mechanical repairs our Dandenong South based specialized workshop is equipped with the tools, equipment, know-how and experience to efficiently & safely undertake repairs ranging from preventative maintenance to major repairs or rebuilds on all leading truck and equipment manufactures.

We work closely with all major fleet management organisations to ensure quality repairs are conducted at all times and that genuine parts are used. Our in house training programs ensure our apprentices and mechanics are familiar with the correct use of specialized tooling and follow pre-set service schedules supported by repair procedures to ensure our high standard of quality is maintained.

As a total fleet management service provider, EPV is proud to provide around the clock support across Victoria and beyond. Our field support team consists of a team of highly qualified & experienced resident diesel mechanics and auto electricians strategically positioned across Greater Metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our specialized field support vehicles are fitted out with tooling and parts to perform tasks in the field safely and efficiently. EPV field support integrates seamlessly to support customer field operations and to limit equipment downtime.

Equipment Hire Capabilities

EPV offers a range of hire equipment to support short term or long term projects. Our equipment is provided fully maintained, compliant to Australian Safe Use Standards AS2550.10 and AS2550.1 and with specialized tooling.

Our range covers:

Truck mounted EWP’s from 9 metre single person 4x2 or 4x4 to 22 metre live gloving EWP’s mounted to 6x4 carrier units
Crane borers in various configurations ranging from 12 to 15 metre forward or reverse mounted hook heights, high voltage insulated options and is equipped with pole trailers
Trailer mounted cable recovery units

EPV continuously invests in new equipment and to ensure assets are maintained to the highest standards.

Specialized Equipment Manufacturing & Sales:

The EPV machine & welding shop is another example of EPV’s in house capabilities and industry know how. EPV’s skilled tradespersons manufacture many and varied parts & components for our customers as well as to support our own internal workshop requirements. Our machine shop gives EPV the ability to manufacture specialized components & complete specialized structural welding giving us the added advantage of being able to control lead-times and to guarantee uncompromised quality. Our machine & welding shop is an integral part of our business and is located within our Dandenong South workshop.

We manufacture:

Custom designed and built Insulated Jib attachments that offer crane operators an engineered safety solution when working near live electrical conductors. Insulated Jibs are rated and tested to 66kV and 33kV respectively with safe working loads of up to 1500kg depending on the jib model and the capacity of the crane.
Conveyor system rollers for many applications, including large and uncommon rollers and those that are not readily available.
Structural specialized welding on boom sections, chassis structures, platforms and levelling supports structures.
We deliver on difficult and unusual components, or work that only the skill of experienced machinists can deliver.
